Krystel Blanco
My professional journey began in the Oil and Gas industry, where I gained extensive experience and developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, project management, and teamwork. These skills have been invaluable in my career and life, reinforcing my belief in the power of collaboration and the importance of working towards a shared purpose. In 2016, I chose to shift my focus to my most rewarding roles yet—being a wife and a mother to two wonderful children. This experience has deepened my understanding of the significance of nurturing, guiding, and educating the next generation.
As an advisor to Lemonade With Ice, I am deeply committed to our mission of advancing education and empowering young girls around the world. I believe that every girl deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and reach her full potential, regardless of her background. Education is not just about acquiring knowledge; it’s about building confidence, fostering independence, and creating a sense of purpose.
My work with Lemonade With Ice allows me to align my personal passions with a meaningful cause. I am dedicated to advocating for initiatives that enhance educational access and quality, particularly for those in underserved communities. I bring to this role a compassionate understanding of the challenges faced by young girls today and a relentless drive to make a positive impact.
I am inspired by the incredible team at Lemonade With Ice and the transformative work we are doing together. It is my belief that when we empower girls through education, we are not just changing individual lives—we are creating a ripple effect that can transform families, communities, and ultimately, the world. I look forward to continuing this journey, contributing my skills, experience, and heart to a mission that I hold dear.
Together, we can make a difference, one girl at a time.
