Join the Youth Leadership Team
The Lemonade With Ice Youth Leadership Team is a year-round leadership program designed for high school students who are passionate about creating meaningful change in their communities. Members gain hands-on experience in nonprofit leadership, community service, event planning, fundraising, public speaking, and social impact while helping advance Lemonade With Ice’s mission of empowering girls through education.
Team Requirements
Each year, Lemonade With Ice selects motivated students who demonstrate leadership potential and a passion for service.
Applicants must:
- Be between 12 and 19 years old
- Submit an application during the recruitment period
- Be committed to attending meetings and participating in team initiatives
- Demonstrate a passion for leadership, education, and community impact
What You’ll Do
As a member of the Youth Leadership Team, you will:
- Design and lead community service projects that create measurable impact.
- Develop leadership, communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
- Plan and organize fundraisers, awareness campaigns, and community events.
- Represent Lemonade With Ice at volunteer opportunities, outreach events, and the annual Gala.
- Collaborate with nonprofit partners and community organizations.
- Work alongside like-minded students who are passionate about making a difference.
