Thank you for supporting Lemonade with Ice, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through education. By making a donation to Lemonade with Ice, you agree to the following terms:

Donations

All donations are voluntary and will be used to support the charitable mission, programs, operations, and initiatives of Lemonade with Ice. Unless a donation is expressly restricted and the restriction is accepted by Lemonade with Ice in writing, donations may be used where they are most needed to further the organization's charitable purposes.

Tax Deductibility

Lemonade with Ice is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable law. Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding their individual circumstances. If a donor receives goods or services in connection with a payment, including certain gala tickets, auction purchases, sponsorship benefits, or other items of value, only the portion exceeding the fair market value of those goods or services may be tax-deductible, as permitted by law.

Donation Acknowledgments

Lemonade with Ice may provide donors with an acknowledgment or receipt for their contribution when sufficient donor information is available. Donors using Zelle or another payment method should provide accurate contact information if they require a donation acknowledgment.

Refunds

Charitable donations are generally considered final and non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, duplicated, or submitted for an incorrect amount, please contact Lemonade with Ice promptly. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and remain subject to applicable payment-processing requirements and organizational policies.

Gala Tickets, Sponsorships & Auction Purchases

Payments for event tickets, sponsorships, silent or live auction purchases, merchandise, or other transactions involving goods, services, or benefits may not constitute a charitable donation in full. Lemonade with Ice will determine and communicate the fair market value of goods or services provided when required for charitable acknowledgment purposes. Auction purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

Payment Processing

Donations and other payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, financial institutions, or services such as Zelle. Lemonade with Ice is not responsible for the independent terms, policies, availability, or technical services of third-party payment providers.

Privacy

Lemonade with Ice respects the privacy of its donors. Personal information provided in connection with a donation will be used for purposes such as processing contributions, maintaining organizational records, providing acknowledgments, communicating with donors, and fulfilling applicable legal or reporting requirements.

Lemonade with Ice does not sell donor personal information.

Acceptance of Contributions

Lemonade with Ice reserves the right to decline or return a contribution when accepting it would be inconsistent with the organization's charitable mission, policies, legal obligations, or best interests.

Changes to These Terms

Lemonade with Ice may update these Donation Terms & Conditions periodically. The version posted on our website at the time of a transaction will apply to that transaction.
