TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in Lemonade with Ice. Lemonade with Ice is a 501(c)(3) public charity. We are glad to have you as part of our community. Enforcement of these Terms is solely at the Lemonade with Ice’s discretion. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms in some instances does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce the same or other part of these Terms in other instances. If any provision of these Terms is or becomes unlawful, void or otherwise unenforceable (including the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations above), then that provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect. Once my hair had grown long again, I decided to donate it for the second time in 2020. The pandemic presented significant challenges, making it difficult to find someone to cut my hair. However, Mr. Julian graciously agreed to cut my hair, allowing me to once again donate it to Children With Hair Loss. Despite the difficulties, I was determined to contribute, and this second donation reaffirmed my commitment to helping children in need. Thank you for allowing me to help another girl.
