We are thrilled to announce that Claudia Walkup has joined Lemonade with Ice as our newest Board Member! Claudia brings with her a wealth of experience, dedication, and passion for empowering young girls through education and opportunity. Claudia has a proven record of inspiring positive change and fostering growth within communities.

Currently serving as the Director of Digital Transformation at Avanade, she leverages her extensive expertise to help clients in the financial services, energy, and healthcare industries transform their businesses through cutting-edge solutions, including cloud computing, automation, and artificial intelligence.

In addition to her professional achievements, Claudia Walkup is an active member of Avanade’s Women’s Employee Network (WEN), where she serves as Co-Chair, further demonstrating her unwavering commitment to supporting and advancing women in technology. She was recently named Runner-Up for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society’s Visionaries of the Year Campaign in 2024.  She received this honor for raising $165k in 10 weeks to help fund cancer research and patient assistance for those battling blood cancers in the Houston area.

Claudia is excited to collaborate with Lemonade with Ice to increase fundraising exponentially to help girls around the world enter STEM careers via the funding and education opportunities that Lemonade with Ice offers. Her commitment to empowering the next generation of tech leaders is exemplified by her funding of an endowed scholarship at Louisiana State University (LSU) for first-generation college students pursuing degrees in STEM fields. This scholarship reflects her dedication to creating opportunities and fostering innovation in underrepresented communities. We are excited to work alongside her as we continue to expand our reach and impact. Claudia’s vision and leadership will play an invaluable role in shaping our initiatives, helping us reach more girls worldwide and providing them with the resources they need to thrive.
